During your training, you'll explore the vision and values of REFIT, learn how to develop community, and expand your knowledge of movement, choreography and instructorship with the founders of REFIT.

The REFIT Instructor Training will help you:

TRAINING DETAILS

FRIDAY NIGHT EXPERIENCE CLASS (90 min. workout event open to the public; cost included in training): 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Meet & Greet with the founders 6:00 - 6:30 PM)

SATURDAY TRAINING: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Completion of the REFIT Instructor Training will also provide continuing education credits for the following: ACE – 0.8 CECs, AFAA – 6.0 CEUs, NASM - 0.6 CEUs
