FRIDAY NIGHT EXPERIENCE CLASS (90 min workout event open to the public; cost included in training): 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Meet & Greet with the founders 6:00 - 6:30 PM)

SATURDAY TRAINING: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Completion of the REFIT Instructor Training will also provide continuing education credits for the following: ACE – 0.8 CECs, AFAA – 6.0 CEUs, NASM - 0.8 CEUs
