JOIN THE FOUNDERS OF REFIT® FOR A 1/2 DAY WORKSHOP ON CREATING COMMUNITY!

Have you ever wondered how you can deepen your community connections? Do you desire to be part of a community or create one?  Maybe you desire to learn more about REFIT's approach to connecting with people?  If you answered YES to any of these questions, join the founders of REFIT for a 1/2 day workshop on CREATING COMMUNITY. 

You'll join aspiring (and inspiring) soon-to-be instructors for our "community-building training" and walk away with a larger understanding of how YOU can make impact wherever you are and whoever you're with! 

This workshop includes:

• A morning workout with the REFIT Founders and local instructors 
• In-depth discussion of REFIT's Mission, Vision and Values 
• The history of REFIT
• Practical ways to build connections with people
• Ways to handle conflict in community
• How fitness shapes the way we see ourselves and others
• A deeper connection with REFIT® and its community members

While this ticket does not include an instructor certification, you will walk away with new skills and discoveries to help you make impact in your work, home, and community!
