REV+FLOW INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

Through our REFIT® Instructor certification, you'll pair the convenience of self-paced, online training content with an immersive, hands-on learning experience alongside expert trainers and fellow future instructors.

This isn't just about learning choreography or mastering movement patterns. It's about discovering how to lead with confidence, create meaningful experiences, and use fitness as a tool for belonging, encouragement, and transformation.

Your journey as a REV+FLOW instructor starts here. A low-impact, mobility-focused format designed to help people move better, feel stronger, and teach with confidence.

This hybrid training experience includes online learning + an immersive in-person training day, equipping you with the tools, education, and confidence to lead REV+FLOW classes with purpose.

What This Training Includes:

✔️ Choreography + coaching education

✔️ 45-day post-training certification window

✔️ Ongoing access through the REV+FLOW membership

Before You Purchase:

We strongly recommend completing the REV+FLOW Self-Assessment prior to purchasing. It’s designed to help you feel confident that this training is the right fit for you. It is on this site.

What Happens After Purchase:

- You’ll receive your training materials within 48 hours.
- You’ll receive prep details for the in-person experience.
- After completing the in-person training, you’ll have 45 days to finish certification  requirements.

Current REFIT instructors with an active REFIT X membership may apply their REFIT X discount toward the REV+FLOW training purchase.

Important Policies & Acknowledgements:

• All REV+FLOW training materials are REFIT Proprietary Intellectual Property.
• Materials may only be used for training purposes until certification is complete.
• This training is non-refundable.
• Digital training materials are delivered automatically and are not eligible for refunds.
• The certification requires activation of a REV+FLOW instructor membership ($30/month).
• By purchasing this training, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
