PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:
WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR SWAG!!!
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund (shipping charges are nonrefundable). Outside of the 14 days from your original order, you can received store credit up to 30 days after the order. Please return your items in the same new condition, unwashed and unworn, and original packaging in which you received them.
To cancel an order you have placed at REFITREV.COM, you must contact customer service by email at shop@REFITREV.COM
We will do everything we can to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please provide your name, order number, and the date you placed your order. Please note that if the order has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. You will either need to cancel the existing order (if it has not already been shipped) and submit a new order, or return the items you wish to modify and place a new order with your desired items.
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify the shipping costs charged on the order.
When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package to reduce the number of packages sent to you; however, this will not change the amount of shipping charged for orders that were placed separately. Once an order has been placed, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled prior to shipping.
Discounts code must be applied at checkout. Please visit shop.refitrev.com for current discount codes and offers. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
Instructor Merchandise (e.g. any items with “REFIT Instructor”, or similar information) is intended for ACTIVE REFIT certified instructors. Items purchased by non-instructors will be removed, and a refund will be issued.
While we hope you never receive defective apparel, we recognize that accidents do happen. Please send a picture of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to replace of refund the item.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund (minus shipping). Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website with an updated shipping address.
LOCAL STUDIO PICK UP:
Waco residents may pick up their merchandise at the studio anytime during regular business hours. Purchased items will be held for 14 days before returning to inventory. We will issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card if item is unclaimed after 14 days. If you select the shipping option “DO NOT SHIP–WACO STUDIO PICK UP”, but need your item(s) shipped, you will be responsible for shipping costs before the order is fulfilled. Shipping charges are collected via PayPal. Email email@example.com for exact cost due.
INSTRUCTOR TRAINING REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY:
Full refunds will be given for Instructor Training cancellations made at least three weeks (21 days) prior to scheduled event. Instructor Training cancellations within three weeks of scheduled event will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled event will not receive a refund. All cancellation emails must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued on or after the day of the event.
You may transfer your registration to another individual at no charge, or you may transfer your training to another location. A $25 transfer fee will apply per transfer. Email email@example.com to complete the transfer process.
LIVE CLASS REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY:
Full refunds will be given for Live Class cancellations made prior to the scheduled event. An email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued on or after the day of the event. You may transfer your registration to another class or to another individual at no charge. Transfers must be made by original event date. Please email email@example.com to complete the transfer process.
AT-HOME FACILITATOR TRAINING REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY:
Unfortunately, once the product is in your possession, you may not receive a refund. If you made the purchase by mistake, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of purchase and we’ll be happy to void the charge. You may not, under any circumstance, share your training materials with another individual.
