For five unhurried days, a small group of women will gather at a restored monastery estate in the hills of Piedmont for movement, incredible meals, and the kind of connection that only happens when life slows down. Wake slowly, move joyfully with Angela and Catherine, linger over long Piedmontese dinners, wander medieval villages and vineyards, and leave lighter than you arrived.

This is our first international retreat, and we are keeping it small on purpose, just fifteen seats at one long table.
