–Pre-orders may be returned (in new, unwashed, and unworn condition) for a full refund (shipping charges are nonrefundable) within 7 days of the postmarked delivery date, and store credit within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date. Preorders are no longer refundable 15 days after the postmarked delivery date.
