During your training, you'll explore the vision and values of REFIT, learn how to develop community, and expand your knowledge of movement, choreography and instructorship with the founders of REFIT. 

Even if you've never taught a fitness class before, we believe in your potential to create a positive impact through fitness.

The REFIT Instructor Training will help you:

• Learn to lead powerful, positive workouts that inspire and motivate.
• Gain the skills to build a vibrant, inclusive community around fitness.
• Unlock your unique ability to create a sense of belonging and empowerment in your class.
• Discover your own sense of purpose and experience a personal transformation.

YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES: 
LIVE WORKOUT (90 min workout event open to the public; cost included in training): 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Meet & Greet with the founders 9:30 - 10:00 AM)

SATURDAY TRAINING: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Completion of the REFIT Instructor Training will also provide continuing education credits for the following: ACE – 0.8 CECs, AFAA – 6.0 CEUs, NASM - 0.6 CEUs
