If fitness has positively impacted your life, you should become a REFIT Instructor!  The 1-day REFIT Instructor training will equip you to instruct your own classes and empower you to positively impact the people around you --  no previous fitness experience is necessary! YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES: 
LIVE WORKOUT (90 min workout event open to the public; cost included in training): 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Meet & Greet with the founders 9:30 - 10:00 AM)

SATURDAY TRAINING: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Completion of the REFIT Instructor Training will also provide continuing education credits for the following: ACE – 0.8 CECs, AFAA – 6.0 CEUs, NASM - 0.6 CEUs
