Here's what your training day includes:

1. Get energized at our signature workout with the REFIT® community (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM) 
2. Learn how to create engaging, inclusive classes (11:30 AM - 2:30 PM) 
3. Master simple, effective teaching techniques
4. Develop your own authentic teaching style
